What happens when two neighbor ladies join forces to start a candle business? They have a blast and learn a LOT about candle making and people. Beverly and Becky did just that in March 2005. Then after a couple of years Beverly retired and got too busy at her retirement community to fuss with candles. Becky took over and loves owning and running Good Neighbors Candle Co.
Working with natural, eco-friendly products, such as soy and hemp wicks has been delightful. In the beginning just about no one knew about soy candles. Now they are sought out as people have become educated and experienced with these wonderful clean and long burning candles.
